Dr. Susan Nguyen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is trained in these surgical methods that save teeth and regenerate bones while offering fast healing and minimal discomfort and downtime.
Dr. Nguyen served in the U.S. Army Reserve for nine years and is active in the local dental community. While serving as a past Board of Director and in leadership positions as President-elect, Secretary and Chairman for Continuing Education for the San Diego County Dental Society, teaching as clinical professor at UCSD, mentoring pre-dental students, volunteering at Veterans Village of San Diego, SD Medical Reserve Corp as a COVID-19 vaccinator and California Disaster Healthcare, Dr. Nguyen educates colleagues, medical providers and the public about oral health.
